What makes 90s R&B so great is the number of groups with voices. The groups getting all the attention these days are the Young Money rappers like Lil Wayne and the in-your-face pop bands like Hot Chelle Rae and Katy Perry.
There's nothing wrong with the popularity these newer groups have gained. I do wish that the voice could once again find a place on the R&B charts.
