Where Will the Money Come From?

I'm sure the money will come from somewhere.  Throughout our nation's history, we have owed lots of money and somehow we have made it to today.  But the numbers we are talking about now are staggering - trillions.

• Afghan War
• TARP Repayments
• Current Debt

How much more can the middle class spare in higher taxes to cover these entitlements, wars, and other programs?
