WikiLeaks Dump of November 2010

The actions of WikiLeaks' founder Julian Assange to publish cables containing confidential information that could compromise US security makes me nervous for how international diplomacy will be carried out henceforth.  Any person in the US government who has access to these secret files can easily download them onto a portable memory device and pass them along to this underground organization.  It is important for world leaders to be held accountable, but some things need to remain secret for the world to function as well as it does.  Does anyone think that this rogue hacker/leaker Assange has the authority to decide which state secrets are revealed for all the world to see?
